Si pour ses 52 ans, Vincent Calabrese s’était offert la création de sa montre 52 avec les indications des semaines de l’année, pour ses 60 ans, il nous propose une démonstration supplémentaire de sa capacité créative en nous offrant, non seulement un bouquet de 4 créations pour sa nouvelle marque NHC mais une autre de plus pour sa marque. Et tout ceci, afin de nous rassurer sur sa volonté de continuer son activité d’artisan… On serait tentés d’ajouter un N à cette DEMOS… A travers cette pièce, V. C consent enfin à nous dévoiler le fonctionnement du mécanisme de sa célèbre heure vagabonde, et là, on ne peut que rester stupéfié de son talent de constructeur et admirer la simplicité ingénieuse avec laquelle il obtient comme résultat, l’une des plus belles montres jamais réalisée ! Par la même occasion, il nous offre également une démonstration éblouissante de son talent de designer car avec le même mécanisme employé tant pour son Baladin et pour sa Vincent, Calabrese obtient une montre totalement nouvelle avec un affichage encore une fois inédit. Enfin, dans l’espace réduit de 8 mois, en cumulant cette création avec les quatre autres crées pour NHC, il nous confirme sa fécondité unique et inaltérée pour le début de sa troisième ère philosophique !

For his 52nd birthday, Vincent Calabrese presented the creation of his model 52 with indication of weeks and months, for his 60th’s he surprises the world with an additional demonstration of his creativity – even beside four creations for his new brand NHC - Nouvelle Horlogerie Calabrese … Again, a strong reassurance to show the activity as a craftsman & inventor. Logically, we are tempted to add an N to Demos! With the new Demos, Vincent Calabrese is now ready to reveal the mechanism of his famous wandering hour. It is not possible to only be astonished about his talent as watchmaker-creator and to admire the clever simplicity with which he obtained the result of one of the most beautiful watches ever realized. At the same time, he confirms with a dazzling demonstration his talent as designer. With the same mechanism as already used for Baladin and Vincent, Calabrese gets a totally new watch indicating the time in a way which has never seen before! In consideration of a short period of only 8 months, the result of his new Demos together with the four creations for NHC-Nouvelle Horlogerie Calabrese reflects his rich and inexhaustible capacity at the beginning of his third philosophical era.
